Service details are governed by individual client agreements.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Submission of a resume or application does not guarantee employment. Employment offers are subject to client approval and eligibility verification.

3. Client Agreements

Staffing and VA services are subject to separate written agreements outlining scope, fees, and responsibilities. Website content does not replace formal contracts.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to payment terms outlined in signed service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality

We respect confidential information shared by both candidates and clients. However, confidentiality obligations may also be governed by separate agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Sound Employment Solutions / South Sound Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
